STEAK N SHAKE is hiring team members to deliver a high-quality guest experience across grill, drive-thru, shakes, and sandwiches. You will prepare, cook, and assemble orders while supporting a collaborative team environment and the Golden Rule in every interaction.

We offer flexible day and night shifts and a focus on employee development, with a goal of being the employer of choice. Compensation is discussed at interview and varies by station and schedule.
