Job summary

PLP is seeking a Product Visualization Designer to create CAD files using CREO and produce 3D imagery for marketing campaigns. The role also involves rendering in KeyShot and creating marketing collateral with the Adobe Suite.

You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop new visuals, maintain a library of renderings, and support trade show materials and digital content with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in mechanical drafting or related experience; or high school diploma with related experience.
• 1–5 years in the industry.
• Technical illustration experience and aptitude strongly preferred.
• Pro/Engineer CREO or similar 3D modeling software.
• Luxion KeyShot, Autodesk Maya or similar rendering/animation software.
• Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Microsoft Office required.
• Mechanical/technical aptitude; detail-oriented and organized.
• Team-oriented with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and appealing product imagery from product data.
• Create application and quote drawings via 3D modeling and renderings.
• Collaborate with product and market managers on new projects.
• Maintain a library of 3D renderings and animations for marketing.
• Provide end-to-end product focus animations and content revisions.
• Assist in advertising for trade shows and social media.
