Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated is launching a Career Accelerator Program (CAP) where you will train as a Product, Test or Validation Engineer and participate in hands-on projects across product development, testing and validation.

You will collaborate with TI teams worldwide to design, build, qualify and support TI's analog and embedded processing products, gaining exposure to manufacturing, quality and reliability testing from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field.
• Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
• Basic understanding of schematics, layouts and digital components.
• Programming skills in C/C (LabView recommended).
• Experience with lab equipment, like oscilloscopes, soldering and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of strategies to achieve profitability targets on assigned TI product lines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational aspects of the product portfolio.
• Resolve customer quality and application issues and facilitate cross-functional problem solving.
• Establish relationships with TI wafer fabrication and assembly sites for effective communication.
