Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking Product Test Technicians to perform set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies on all shifts.

You will develop test specifications, read blueprints, prepare technical reports, and assist in selecting and setting up specialized test equipment. The role offers strong benefits and growth opportunities in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years production or related work experience, ideally with digital and/or analog systems testing.
• Ability to select and set up specialized test equipment and perform helium leak testing.
• Collaborative team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform the selection of specialized test equipment, set-up, calibration, Helium leak testing and mechanical assemblies.
• Knowledge of Transducer, Mass Flow Controller, Regulators and Pneumatic valves components.
• Read Flow diagram drawings.
• Troubleshoot / debug issues, isolate defects and assist in solving defects.
• Work independently with moderate supervision.

Job Description Ichor Systems has an immediate opening forProduct Test Technicians on all shifts, located inAustin, Texas . Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams. Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems. May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing. Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 600am-230pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 230pm-1030pm
• Upcoming Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday 600am-630pm
