Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Product Technician for Men's to manage the product review process and provide technical guidance to ensure the product aligns with the Merchant aesthetic vision, including fit, grading, and construction standards.

The ideal candidate has strong technical design, people and process management skills, with experience in apparel or non-apparel product and the ability to train and mentor others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Product Development/Management, or Technical Design preferred.
• 5+ years of technical design, product development, production management or equivalent.
• Ability to train & mentor as required.
• Experience leading fit sessions with fit models and communicating corrections.
• In-depth knowledge of fit, materials, construction, patterns and production.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product reviews to ensure alignment with Merchant vision.
• Train APTs and peers in technical processes.
• Oversee fit, quality, and construction through lifecycle.
• Develop clear tech packs and vendor submissions.
• Collaborate with Merchants and Sourcing on product direction.
