What You'll Do

• Support customers and field technicians by troubleshooting our machines
• Use phone, video, and computer tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Learn how complex electro-mechanical systems operate
• Travel onsite when needed to build real-world experience
• Work closely with our collaborative, highly skilled technical team

You will be trained, coached, and supported-no one is thrown in cold.

Training & Growth

You’ll receive structured, hands-on training at our Rochester, NY headquarters, as well as occasional training at customer sites across the U.S. and Canada. We invest in your development with the expectation that you'll grow into higher-level technical roles at Durst.
