Job summary

Arrow International is seeking a Product Support Administrator in Cleveland, OH to enter customer orders accurately into AS400 and related systems. The role requires meticulous data entry, clear communication with customers, sales reps, and internal teams, and the ability to meet tight daily and monthly deadlines.

You will review orders for accuracy, assist with order changes, and support shipping, inventory, and production to ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in order entry, data entry, or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and order management software (e.g., AS400, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer orders into AS400 and Lansa Systems.
• Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and pricing.
• Communicate with customers, sales reps, and internal departments to resolve order-related issues.
• Monitor and update orders and lease status in the system.
• Maintain order records (digital and/or physical).
• Respond to inquiries regarding order status, delivery dates, and backorders.
• Collaborate with shipping, inventory, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Process ROs per Arrow’s return policy for distributors, field engineers and external customers using Salesforce.

Job Summary:

The Product Support Administrator is responsible for accurately entering customer orders into the company’s system in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The role may also include verifying order information, manage order changes, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly order processing deadlines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus
• 1–3 years of experience in order entry, data entry, or customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and order management software (e.g., AS400, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with AS400 systems or salesforce platforms is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or e-commerce industries
• Familiarity with inventory and supply chain processes
• Basic understanding of invoicing, shipping, and customer service workflows

Working Conditions:

• Office-based environment or hybrid (depending on company policy)
• Standard business hours, with occasional overtime during peak periods
