Job summary

Google is seeking Product and Business Strategy Leaders to unify teams across functions to help products scale and execute at peak efficiency. The role spans strategy, operations, and communications, collaborating with senior leadership to drive high-impact projects that cross organizational lines.

You will help educators and engineers leverage Google tools to transform teaching globally with AI-driven learning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end operational aptitude to ensure flawless execution of the highest-priority goals.
  • Lead strategic projects that are operationally intensive and cross-functional to ensure there is structure and timely delivery of project goals.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators and timelines for each project, regular metrics reporting that tie back to strategic goals, and post-implementation impact analysis.
  • Lead OKR scoring to ensure we are making progress against our ambitious goals, identifying areas of softness where we should double down. Support annual planning activities for the Edu portfolio.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders on critical strategic initiatives.

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience managing complex systems, cross-functional stakeholder groups, and large-scale change management initiatives.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing data to uncover insights, with an ability to synthesize and simplify complex information into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, combined with outstanding business judgment, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to represent complex business or technical concepts with senior leadership.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $150000 - $217000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
