Google Mountain View is seeking a Product and Business Strategy Leader to drive programs across AI and Infrastructure, helping products scale with sound judgment and cross-functional collaboration.

The role partners with senior leadership to run key initiatives that cross organizational lines, delivering high-impact projects and enabling engineers, PMs, and UX teams to build great products.

Qualifications

• 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams.
• Ability to grow in a fast-paced matrixed environment, influence and collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Leads, Engineering Fellows, Engineering Leaders, Finance, Legal, and Accounting.
• Strong product sense, deep technology understanding of the infra stack and business judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• US: $176000 - $256000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
