Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred but not required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, making sure each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Store Operations: Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise; lifting and carrying shoes and boxes up to 50 pounds while on your feet.
• Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, processing payments accurately.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to create an inviting store environment.
