You will help customers select Skechers products, maintain appealing displays, and support daily store operations while working with a friendly team in a casual, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer finds the perfect choice.
• Provide exceptional customer service as a top priority in every interaction.
• Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals and develop retail skills.
• Assist with store operations including organizing displays, restocking shelves, and handling merchandise (may lift up to 50 pounds).
• Handle cashier responsibilities, process payments accurately, and ensure a positive final impression.
