Job summary

Skechers is hiring an entry-level Sales Associate (Product Specialist) to welcome customers, offer personalized product guidance, and help drive daily store performance. In this role you’ll gain experience across service, sales, and cashier duties.

You’ll learn about Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories, participate in cash handling, restocking, and merchandising, and receive on-the-job training with opportunities for growth within the global brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
• Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer leaves with the right choice.
• Contribute to store and individual sales goals and learn about product offerings.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise; lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Handle cashier responsibilities and process payments to ensure a great final impression.
• Maintain knowledge of Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand.
