Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an entry-level Sales Associate (Product Specialist) to engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store success. The role offers room to grow with a flexible schedule, cashier duties, and product knowledge development.

You will learn retail sales, support store operations, and help customers select the perfect Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized advice on Skechers products and ensure a great customer experience.
• Help achieve store and individual sales goals and learn about products.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Handle cashier responsibilities and process payments accurately.
• Stay informed on Skechers products to boost sales.
• Collaborate with teammates to create an inviting store environment.
