Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products and ensure customers leave with the perfect choice.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals and develop retail sales skills.
• Keep the store organized by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Handle cashier responsibilities, process payments accurately, and ensure a great final impression for customers.
• Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an inviting store environment aligned with Skechers brand standards.
