Skechers is hiring a Sales Associate (Product Specialist) to deliver friendly, personalized service and help customers find the perfect Skechers products in-store. You will gain hands-on experience in retail sales, cashier duties, and product knowledge while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products and ensure each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales goals and learn about Skechers product offerings.
• Store Operations: Keep the store looking its best, organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise (lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure a great final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories to improve customer experience and sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with coworkers to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand.
