Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, making sure each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals. Develop skills in retail sales and learn about product offerings.
• Store Operations: Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise; lifting up to 50 pounds and standing most of the shift.
• Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately processing payments.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories and share details to boost sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with others to create an inviting store environment.
