Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to engage customers, provide expert product advice, and help drive store sales. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within the Skechers brand.

You’ll handle cashier duties, learn our product assortment, and contribute to a welcoming store environment through teamwork and strong customer service. Availability for evenings and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products and ensure they walk away with the perfect choice.
• Actively contribute to store and individual sales goals and develop skills in retail sales and product knowledge.
• Keep the store presentable by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
