Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Sales Associate (Product Specialist) in Southern California. In this entry-level retail role, you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store success while growing in retail sales and cashier duties.

You’ll assist with displays, stocking, and checkout, with up to 50 pounds lifting and standing for long periods. Training, flexibility, and employee discounts are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Retail experience or cashier experience is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales goals and learn about Skechers products.
• Store Operations: Maintain displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise (lifting up to 50 pounds).
