Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate (Product Specialist) to engage customers, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to store success. This entry-level role offers growth and a flexible schedule, with opportunities in cashier duties and product knowledge.

You will help customers select Skechers footwear and apparel, maintain displays, restock merchandise, and support team goals while representing the Skechers brand with energy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Entry-level retail role focused on customer service.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, making sure each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals. You’ll develop skills in retail sales and product offerings.
• Store Operations: Keep the store looking its best by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise (occasional lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately processing payments.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other employees to create an inviting store environment.
