Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, is hiring an entry-level Sales Associate (Product Specialist) in our California stores. You’ll engage customers, provide product guidance, and support service goals while developing retail and cashier skills.

You’ll work a flexible schedule with opportunities for training and advancement within Skechers’ global brand. This role emphasizes customer connections, fashion, and comfort.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

• Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals and learn about product offerings.
• Keep the store looking its best by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise (lifting up to 50 pounds).
