Qualifications

• Entry-level retail role focused on customer service.

• Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets while learning Skechers products.
• Store Operations: Maintain displays, restock shelves, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods.
• Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure a positive final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to maintain a welcoming store environment.
