Skechers, a global lifestyle brand, is hiring a Sales Associate (Product Specialist) to engage customers and provide expert guidance on footwear and accessories in our Massachusetts store.

You’ll help shoppers choose the right products, support store operations, and handle cashier duties with a friendly, efficient approach. Training, discounts, and potential for growth accompany a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and advise on Skechers products.
• Contribute to store and individual sales goals.
