Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an entry-level Sales Associate (Product Specialist) to deliver friendly, personalized service and help customers find the right Skechers products. You’ll contribute to store goals, operate as cashier, restock, and keep displays inviting while staying on your feet and lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, making sure each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Store Operations: Keep the store looking its best by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise.
• Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately processing payments, and ensuring customers leave with a great final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories sharing product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other employees to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.
