Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, making sure each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals. Develop skills in retail sales and product offerings.
• Store Operations: Keep the store organized and appealing; restock shelves and merchandise, lift up to 50 pounds, stay on your feet during shifts.
• Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure customers leave with a great final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to boost sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to create an inviting store environment.
