Skechers is seeking a Sales Associate (Product Specialist) in an entry-level retail role. You’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store success.

If you’re passionate about retail, have cashier experience, or want a flexible schedule with room to grow, this is the role for you. You’ll assist customers, work toward sales goals, organize displays, restock merchandise, handle cashier duties, and stay informed on our latest footwear, apparel, and accessories.

Qualifications

• Entry-level retail role focusing on customer service.
• Experience in retail or cashier roles is a plus but not required.
• Prior cashier responsibilities are beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: provide personalized advice on Skechers products to help customers find the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: contribute to store and individual sales goals and learn our product offerings.
• Store Operations: organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Cashier Duties: process payments accurately and ensure customers leave with a positive impression.
• Product Knowledge: stay informed on Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories.
• Team Collaboration: work with coworkers to maintain a welcoming store environment.
