Job description

Position Overview

We’re opening a sustaining product role to support and mature the internal care management tools that power ClinNEXUS’ day-to-day operations. This role is designed for a strong execution-focused product professional who thrives on documentation, testing, validation, and operational excellence — with a clear growth path into a Product Manager role over time.

This position will ensure what we’ve already built works reliably, is well-documented, compliant, and continuously improved. You’ll be instrumental in keeping our Salesforce Health Cloud implementation stable, scalable, and usable for our care teams.

Key Responsibilities
Product Operations & Sustainment
  • Own the sustainment and optimization of existing Salesforce Health Cloud workflows and internal tools.
  • Ensure features and workflows function as intended through structured testing, validation, and regression checks.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and usability issues in existing product functionality and propose improvements.
Documentation & Enablement
  • Create and maintain clear, detailed product documentation, including workflow diagrams, SOPs, and user guides.
  • Develop internal training materials to support Care Operations.
  • Maintain product knowledge bases and change logs to ensure organizational clarity and continuity.
Testing, Validation & QA
  • Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes.
  • Validate requirements against delivered functionality and ensure readiness before release.
  • Partner with Engineering and external development teams to track issues through resolution.
  • Translate operational needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support backlog grooming and sprint preparation in collaboration with the Product Lead.
  • Ensure Jira and Confluence artifacts are current, accurate, and actionable.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Act as a day-to-day liaison between Care Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
  • Surface risks, dependencies, and operational impacts early.
  • Support consistent communication between stakeholders as features evolve.
Compliance & Care Program Support
  • Help ensure ECM and care management workflows remain aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in translating policy or program changes into system updates and documentation.
Qualifications
Required
  • 2–4+ years of experience in product operations, product management, business systems, or internal tools roles.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce Health Cloud or similar CRM / care management platforms.
  • Strong background in documentation, testing, validation, and operational product support.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into clear written and visual documentation.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
Preferred / Nice to Have
  • Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or care management programs (e.g., ECM, CCM, care coordination).
  • Exposure to UAT leadership or QA coordination in production systems.
  • Familiarity with data flows, reporting, or analytics in operational platforms.
  • Experience working with remote or offshore development teams.
  • Background in early-stage or fast-growing organizations.
  • This role is fully remote within the state of California. Preference will be given to candidates based in the Los Angeles/Orange County area. Periodic travel is required, approximately quarterly, to attend team meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Compensation
  • Pay Range: The good faith pay range for this position is $95,000 to $125,000. The specific pay rate within this range will be based on the candidate\'s qualifications, including experience, skills and geographic location.
