As a Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer (CPSE) you will be a primary technical advisor and solutions guide for Google Pay (GPay), helping businesses around the world deliver seamless and secure digital payment experiences. You will focus on developer enablement, integration consulting, and partner success while collaborating closely with internal cross-functional teams. You will spend your days supporting external merchants, payment service providers (PSPs), and e-commerce platforms as they integrate Google Pay, troubleshooting complex web and mobile checkout flows, and triaging partner technical issues. You will maintain integration documentation, draft practical implementation guides, and provide sample code to make onboarding effortless. As the primary technical bridge to our partners, you will identify integration friction points, diagnose live transaction issues, and package valuable real-world feedback directly for our internal Product and Engineering teams to shape future platform enhancements.
