Job description

Fusion Team — Platform Delivery & Applied Methodology
Function: Solution Calibration, Configuration & Systemic Integration
About Us

We are an innovative AI startup focused on transforming professional services through cutting-edge Generative AI and deep domain expertise. Our agent-driven solutions automate complex workflows, engaging humans only when needed to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Join us at the forefront of AI innovation, where your expertise will directly shape the future of professional services.

As we expand our customer base, we are building a world-class forward-deployed engineering team that works directly with customers to implement, integrate, and operationalize our platform in complex enterprise environments.

About the Fusion Team

The Fusion Team is the critical orchestrator and translator of Evolver’s core platform value. Sitting at the center of Customers, Domain Experts, Applied Research (Fusion Labs), and Engineering, we own the methodology that grounds advanced theoretical research into validated, enterprise-scale capabilities for the ARIA platform.

Our job is to close the loop between real-world customer expectations and engineering execution — turning complex scientific methodologies and raw platform capabilities into secure, mathematically robust, regulatory-compliant solutions that deliver measurable business value. We operate across four core pillars: Synthesis (the what & why), Calibration (the how), Validation (the proof), and Collaboration (the who & with whom).

The Role

As a Fusion Architect, you own the hands‑on solution calibration, configuration, and systemic integration required to make ARIA fit a customer’s environment. You execute the logical specifications defined by the Fusion Mandateand translate them into a calibrated, configured, and rigorously validated deployment — matching the platform to each client’s data requirements, riskfactors, and operational constraints.

This is a delivery‑facing architectrole that lives at the intersection ofEvolver’s core functional areas of platform engineering, applied research, domain expertise, andcustomer success. Success is measured by the velocity and quality of validated capabilities successfully transferred to production and adopted by customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Calibrate the Platform: Execute the day-to-day calibration and adaptation of ARIA’s functional products to match customer data structures, risk parameters, and operational environments.
  • Build Compliant Decision Logic: Partner closely withcross-functionalDomain Experts(Finance, Risk, Tax, Operations, Procurement)to design, map out, and build compliant templates, business-rule libraries, and decision engines within the platform.
  • Own Validation & Verification: Run automated testing methodologies, simulations, and evaluation protocols to continuously verify system outputs. Ensure every capability is mathematically robust, secure, and satisfies regulatory and business-logic constraints on the first run.
  • Integrate Customer Components: Facilitate the integration of customer‑specific components with core functional products to accelerate engineering deployment and drive scalable, repeatable business value.
  • Prototype Rapidly: Maintain a high‑velocity approach to iterating and prototyping across fast feedback loops with stakeholders, favoring reusable Fusion templates over custom, one‑off customer requests.
  • Contribute to Methodology: Feed reusable configuration templates, evaluation datasets, and integration blueprints back into the standard Fusion Methodologyto increase delivery speedandrepeatabilityover time.
  • Participate in Governance : Contribute to weekly review loops to assess production transfers, troubleshoot validation/integration stalls, and prioritize unresolved deployment‑readiness items.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Core Engineering Foundation:Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics,AppliedEngineering Disciplines(Aerospace, Control Theory, Design Optimization), or equivalent practical experience.
  • Systemic Pipeline Experience: Hands‑on experience tracing, debugging, and maintaining end‑to‑end data/AIpipelines from raw ingest to production output.
  • Multidisciplinary Domain Knowledge: Proven background in at least one primary technical domain (e.g., AI/Generative AI, data engineering, system design optimization, system integrations) with a demonstrated ability to work fluently across adjacent domains.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Fluency: Practical working knowledge of incorporating regulatory, audit, or enterprise risk constraints directly into technical software delivery.
  • Cross‑Functional Communication: Excellent technical communication and translation skills — proven ability to articulate complex technical trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders, domain experts, and executive leaders.
  • Rapid Prototyping Skills: Demonstrated ability to build, test, and iterate rapidly in fast feedback loops, with the discipline to package custom solutions into scalable, reusable templates.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Regulated Enterprise Deployment: Hands‑on experience configuring or deployingcomplexenterprisesystems within highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, banking, insurance, energy).
  • Evaluation Harnesses & Benchmarking: Experience designing automated evaluation protocols, test harnesses, or synthetic datasets to validate system accuracy and safety.
  • Customer Delivery / Solutions Engineering: Prior experience working directly within customer‑facing delivery squads, solutions engineering, or implementation consulting team structures.
What You’ll Bring
  • Core Engineering & Problem‑Solving DNA: Foundational ability to architect robust, scalable, and technically sound solutions with strong problem‑solving instincts and clean systems thinking.
  • Systemic Thinking: Ability to trace the full pipeline from raw data to enterprise‑ready output and systematically reason about where it breaks or stalls.
  • Multidisciplinary Range: Deep expertise in at least one core domain combined with the ability to bridge gaps across engineering, research, and business strategy.
  • Regulatory & Deployment‑Readiness Acumen: Working understanding of compliance standards and the ability to weave domain constraints directly into product delivery.
  • Translation Skills: Strong behavioral and communication skills to articulate complex technical trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders and collaborate across multidisciplinary squads.
  • Rapid‑Prototyping Mindset: High‑velocity building and testing discipline that prioritizes converting custom solutions into reusable assets.
  • Conviction Balanced with Humility: High ownership, strong technical conviction, and confidence in advocating for solutions — paired with openness to feedback and continuous improvement of your craft.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
