Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, supply chain operations, or a customer-facing product role.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with external partners or customers.
• Strong operational mindset with experience defining and tracking performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute large-scale store launches, owning KPIs for 100s of restaurant launches in 2026.
• Ensure smooth deployment and adoption of technology and services at each location.
• Partner with internal teams to improve and scale launch processes and product features.
