Job summary

PTC Inc in Massachusetts seeks a Senior Director, SaaS, Cloud & Product Security to lead security across SaaS platforms and cloud infrastructure. You will partner with Engineering, Product Management, SRE/Platform, and GRC to embed security into architecture, development, and runtime operations, enabling product velocity while reducing risk.

The role requires 10+ years in security with cloud/SaaS focus and 5+ years of people leadership, plus a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in security or product security, with cloud/SaaS experience.
• 5+ years leading managers or multiple teams; experience embedding security into engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year product/security strategy across AI, SaaS, cloud and product lines.
• Build and scale a security organization, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Engage customers as security SME to support sales cycles and RFP/RFI responses.
• Embed security into SDLC/DevSecOps with training, reviews, threat modeling, and automated testing.
• Review contracts for security/compliance and coordinate with Legal, Sales, and GRC.
• Influence architecture and roadmaps; drive secure-by-design decisions for multi-tenant SaaS and APIs.
