• Seven+ years in product security, governance, or related cybersecurity disciplines.
• Proven success leading governance, assurance, readiness, and evidence-review in complex organizations.
• Ability to translate security/controls into practical expectations for product/engineering teams.
• Strong influence across senior stakeholders and cross-functional groups.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mature product security governance for internally developed software, APIs, SDKs, and services.
• Define scope, criteria, review expectations, decision authorities, escalation paths, and evidence standards.
• Develop and maintain standards, procedures, playbooks, templates, risk records, and guidance.
• Facilitate risk-based decisions on security requirements, exceptions, and compensating controls.
• Align Product Security with enterprise architecture, vulnerability management, risk, compliance, audit, and engineering processes.
• Coordinate SOC 2 readiness activities and related audit processes.
