Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer I to assess and strengthen the security posture of BA products and partner technologies. You will report to the Product Security Assurance Leader and operate from Plymouth, MN on a hybrid schedule, contributing to the lifecycle of secure product development.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver security testing, propose remediation, and help shape modular security testing processes, strengthening defenses against

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6–24 months of security testing experience.
• Knowledge of security by design principles and architecture-level security concepts.
• Familiarity with current and emerging security threats and exploitation techniques.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with penetration testing methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as an Individual Contributor to the Product Security Assurance Team.
• Deliver security testing across all BA products and partner technologies.
• Help develop modular, repeatable security testing processes.
• Collaborate with Tools and Technology Team to select, implement, and automate testing tools.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop remediation recommendations.
• Report observations using standardized reporting structures.
