You’ll help guide cross-functional partners through escalation workflows, support aligned decision-making, and ensure that the right voices are in the room to evaluate complex tradeoffs. The ideal person will have exceptional judgment, strategic foresight, and the ability to operate across multiple risk domains. This is a senior individual-contributor role. Success means managing and delivering large-scale programs, aligning solutions across multiple teams, and gaining recognition as a subject-matter expert whose advice is sought out across the product and risk community.

  7. Ensure escalations are documented, tracked, and resolved with transparency and consistency, maintaining appropriate documentation and timely follow-through.

  8. Identify gaps or breakdowns in current escalation/review processes and drive improvements in workflows, guidance, or tooling
