Overview

Job Summary: As a Product Registration Specialist at Kenwood Dealer Group, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing the registration of F&I products purchased from our Group. You will ensure that all product registrations are handled efficiently and in compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and industry standards. This role requires close collaboration with sales teams, finance departments, and administrative staff to provide a seamless experience and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Process product registration requests received from sales and finance teams in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify customer information, vehicle details, and product eligibility within the dealership’s management system.
  • Communicate with sales, finance, and administrative staff to gather necessary documentation and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure all product registrations are submitted to the appropriate vendors, providers, or manufacturers within required timelines.
  • Document all registration activities, communications, and follow-ups in the dealership’s management system.
  • Track pending registrations and follow up to ensure completion and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities to improve registration efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay up to date on dealership policies, provider guidelines, and industry regulations related to product registration.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service, accounting, or automotive management is a plus.
  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive or dealership industry, and/or an accounting background.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Proficiency with computer software and dealership management systems.
  • Ability to remain accurate and composed under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of F&I products, registration processes, and compliance requirements is advantageous.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional support to both customers and internal teams.
