Job summary

Daifuku Airport America Corporation is seeking a Product Quality Engineer to oversee total process and production quality for Smart Handling products. This role partners with engineering, project management, sales, and manufacturing to drive quality improvements across design, deployment, and manufacturing.

The candidate will coordinate with management for process analysis, data-driven improvements, and corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience in quality process development and execution preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience in product design and/or manufacturing process design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, leadership, and participation in DFMEA.
• Lead creation, leadership, and participation in PFMEA.
• Create and maintain quality processes and documentation for product design.
• Lead and manage field quality issues, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead containment plans related to quality corrective actions.
• Engage stakeholders in data collection and analysis of product quality.
