Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Product Program Manager in the Strategy & Transformation NA team to drive product, program, and business analysis across multiple initiatives. This on-site Denver role collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements, translate opportunities into actionable plans, and govern complex portfolios with executive visibility.

You will partner with Data Science, Technology and business teams to ensure expected outcomes, maintain documentation, and support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years in product, program, project management, business analysis, process improvement, Scrum Master, strategy, consulting or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex, fast-changing environment.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process workflows.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations or organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Experience creating executive-level communications, reporting and presentations.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an integrated portfolio backlog across initiatives, enhancement requests, strategic priorities and operational improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify, define and prioritize business needs.
  • Translate opportunities into clear requirements, user stories, workflows and success criteria.
  • Facilitate prioritization activities and balance demands across multiple teams.
  • Establish and maintain scalable intake, governance and prioritization processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives from intake through implementation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, dependency maps, milestones, action logs, risk registers and status reporting.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, steering committees and reviews.
  • Identify, track and escalate risks, blockers and key decisions.
  • Drive accountability and execution discipline across multiple workstreams.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and discovery to gather requirements.
  • Develop business requirements, functional requirements, use cases, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support solution evaluation, sprint and implementation planning.
  • Partner with Data Science, Tech and business teams to validate needs and outcomes.
  • Maintain documentation as initiatives evolve.
  • Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, operating models and governance structures.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, SOPs, implementation guides, decision logs and lessons learned repositories.
  • Establish a central source of truth for project and process documentation.
  • Support operational excellence, process improvement and standardization efforts.
  • Develop executive-ready reports, dashboards, presentations and status updates.
  • Provide clear stakeholder communications regarding progress, decisions, risks and milestones.
  • Support change readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption efforts.

The Strategy & Transformation team in North America shapes and advances the company’s strategic agenda during a period of rapid growth, partnering with business leaders to translate strategy into execution and strengthen enterprise capabilities.

Position Overview

This position is based on‑site at our office in Denver, CO. The role follows a flexible work policy of 3 days on site and 2 days flexible. The Product Program Manager, Strategy & Transformation, North America serves as a critical execution and integration partner across the organization, combining product management, program management, business analysis, process improvement, organizational enablement, and portfolio management disciplines.

Essential Job Functions
  • Product & Portfolio Management
    • Maintain an integrated portfolio backlog across initiatives, enhancement requests, strategic priorities and operational improvements.
    • Partner with stakeholders to identify, define and prioritize business needs.
    • Translate business opportunities and challenges into clear requirements, user stories, workflows and success criteria.

    • Partner with Adoption & Enablement and Content Creation resources to communicate initiatives effectively.

    • Identify opportunities to improve execution, governance, communication, prioritization and reporting practices.
    • Leverage lessons learned and stakeholder feedback to enhance future delivery approaches.
    • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability and continuous learning.
    • Support automation, workflow optimization and operational excellence initiatives where appropriate.
Job Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience
    • 10+ years in Product Management, Program Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Scrum Master, Strategy, Consulting or related disciplines.
    • Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives in a complex, rapidly changing environment.
    • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process workflows.
    • Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, organizational transformation initiatives or business process improvements.
    • Experience creating executive‑level communications, reporting and presentations.
    • Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups in a matrixed organization.

Travel

Travel is expected to be up to 10–15%, including domestic and occasional international trips.

Physical Demands and Special Requirements

The employee may occasionally stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Additional Details

Salary Range: $165,000 - $200,000 Base + Bonus (based on Colorado market data, may vary elsewhere).
