Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Product Program Manager to lead cross-functional product development on our Applied Systems team. You will own comprehensive schedules, assess risks, and drive strategy with engineers, hardware, software, firmware, and Go-to-Market teams.

Base salary ranges are 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4 and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits. Applications accepted until August 15, 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS or similar.
• 8+ years of technical program management experience in product development.
• Proven leadership and communication skills; able to influence with data and AI tools.
• Ability to balance decision makers and influencers.
• Strategic thinking: define end goals and map backwards.
• Own results and analyze past and current performance.
• Define owners, actions, and dates for each deliverable.
• Link strategy to impact and assess risks in schedule, resources, performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional collaboration across architects, hardware, software, firmware, operations, product engineering, and GTM teams.
• Lead staff meetings to prioritise issues and plan resolutions.
• Report program status to all levels of the organization.
• Implement AARs from previous generation into current program.
• Update dashboards, rosters, and communication frameworks to scale visibility.

You will lead key execution initiatives in our effort to introduce next‑generation purpose‑built AI supercomputers working alongside high performance computing engineers and technologists. This role will also help scale program execution through data‑driven workflows and practical use of AI‑enabled tools for program visibility, dependency tracking, risk analysis, and communication.

What you will be doing:

• Full program ownership, with primary focus on:
  • Comprehensive cross‑functional schedules
  • Ensure sound execution strategy is established and implemented
  • Continuously assessing program risks and mitigation plans
  • Review upstream POR (plan of record) changes and drive program strategy
  • Own program POR, document strategy changes and rationale for decisions
• Drive understanding of Product Life Cycle, phase/achievement criteria, and cross‑functional interdependencies
• Ensure cohesive collaboration between cross‑functional teams and leads: architects, engineers, Hardware, Software, Firmware, Operations, Product Engineering, and Go‑to‑Market teams
• Lead project staff meetings to:
  • Prioritize top issues, roadblocks, and areas of immediate focus
  • Summarize concerns, blockades, and plans to resolve
• Report out program status to team members at all levels
• Implement AARs (after action review) from previous generation into current program
• Update program dashboards, rosters, and frameworks to scale communication across the organization

What we need to see:

• Bachelors (or equivalent experience) in Engineering/CS, Electrical Engineering or similar degree
• 8+ year Technical Program Management Experience with Strong experience in Product Development
• Proven leadership and communication skills and the ability to influence without authority while using data, AI‑enabled tools, and structured communication to drive alignment
• Identify and balance between decision makers and influencers
• Understand that strategy is defining the end and mapping a plan backwards step‑by‑step
• Owns the results and understands how their program performed last and current generation
• Always define owners, measurable actions, and critical dates for each deliverable
• Must link strategy to impact and project outcomes and demonstrate a logical approach to assess risk in schedule, resources, and performance including practical use of AI‑enabled tools to improve program insight.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.
