Baseten is hiring software engineers to join the Product Platform team. You will own customer-facing features end to end, collaborating with product and design as a peer to deliver robust, scalable production systems.

You will ship features in phases, engage with customers to validate ideas, and help drive the systems behind how customers buy, integrate, and use Baseten across billing and developer tooling. This role includes meaningful equity and strong learning opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Build the systems behind how customers buy, integrate, and use Baseten, across billing, partnerships, and developer and agentic tooling.
• Take ownership of ambiguous problems, move quickly, and drive them to completion with little process.
• Pick up new problem areas quickly and grow your scope as the team and product expand.

THE ROLE

AI is being built by many companies at once. Model labs train more capable models, hyperscalers provide infrastructure and distribution, developers build new AI products, and a growing set of tools gives agents more to work with. Baseten sits at the center of all of it, as the inference platform that developers and large companies use to run AI in production.

We're hiring Software Engineers with strong product and customer sense to join our Product Platform organization. This team builds the enterprise-hardened products that sit on top of our inference platform. These are the surfaces customers, partners, and their agents touch every day. We also build systems and products for developer productivity, including agentic platforms.

We're hiring across several areas:

• Commercialization, billing, and partnerships.


• Developer productivity and agentic development.


• Enterprise controls: identity, access, governance, and account lifecycle management.

You’ll own customer-facing features end to end. That means talking to customers to define the problem, designing and shipping the solution, and iterating once it’s in production. You’ll work closely with product and design as a peer.

Compensation Range: $165K - $330K
