Job summary

Access Search, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead business transformation, system integration, and process improvement across the enterprise.

This hybrid role blends product management, business analysis, and data-driven decision making to support strategic goals and operational excellence. Ideal candidates will manage projects from planning through execution, partner with stakeholders across departments, and leverage analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and technology

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field required.
5–10 years in project/product management, business analysis, or related combo.
Strong Monday.com proficiency for planning, dashboards, workflows, and reporting.
Data analysis, Excel, SQL, and BI/data visualization skills.
Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments with Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from planning through execution with timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholders.
Configure and maintain Monday.com plans, dashboards, workflows, and reporting.
Gather requirements, analyze processes, recommend tech solutions, and support implementations.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
Develop testing plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution delivery and adoption.
Build reports/dashboards, analyze data, and provide actionable leadership insights.
