Location options include Tulsa, OK; Denver, CO; or Houston, TX. This on-site role requires a technical degree and 5+ years of product ownership or related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and feature roadmaps.
• Lead Agile Scrum teams through planning, refinement, and delivery activities.
• Collaborate with software engineering, control systems, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Define requirements for products spanning industrial automation, rig control systems, cloud platforms, edge computing, and data-driven applications.
• Balance customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and operational requirements.
• Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Support the delivery of innovative drilling technologies, automation capabilities, AI-driven solutions, and connected operations platforms.
