Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Product Owner - Ontology to lead the enterprise semantic layer across mortgage origination, servicing, data, and AI platforms. You will translate complex business concepts into governed ontology models supporting analytics, knowledge graphs, and AI workflows.

The role requires shaping ontology governance, maintaining domain models, and driving adoption with business and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
8–10 years total experience with at least 5 years in product management, business analysis, or data product ownership.
Experience delivering semantic modeling, ontology, domain-modeling, or knowledge-representation solutions.
Strong understanding of ontology concepts.

Responsibilities

Own the ontology product vision, roadmap, backlog, release planning, and adoption strategy.
Define and maintain enterprise domain models, entity relationships, class hierarchies, taxonomies, and semantic standards.
Establish ontology governance practices including stewardship, versioning, change control, data lineage, and quality metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and risk/compliance to map source systems and validate models.
Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and production tests.
Enable governance for knowledge graphs, analytics platforms, and AI workflows.
