Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a technically fluent Product Owner to lead delivery across custom digital applications and integration platforms in the Philadelphia area.

You will partner with IT Product Managers, Architecture, Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into executable features. This role requires experience delivering complex digital products in regulated environments and the ability to bridge business, customer, and technical perspectives across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, software product delivery, or enterprise application development.
• Experience supporting the development and delivery of custom web applications or digital products.
• Experience working directly with Engineering teams to translate customer and business needs into clear product and technical requirements.
• Experience defining application functionality, user journeys, workflows, business rules, system interactions, and integration requirements.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, or other technically complex workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to take products from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Ability to understand interactions across web apps, APIs, integration services, data, and downstream systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the backlog for custom digital applications and platform capabilities.
• Translate customer and business needs into application features, workflows, rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UX, Architecture, and Engineering to refine experiences and delivery.
• Clarify requirements with front-end and back-end teams throughout development.
• Ensure functionality aligns with desired customer or business outcomes.
• Define and maintain API and integration requirements and data flows.
• Lead cross-functional delivery and ensure timely decisions with stakeholders.
