Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Product Owner, Digital Product Management to join their team. The role leads the design and development of a next generation data delivery platform on Google Cloud Platform, owning the product strategy and near-term roadmap for cloud-based data delivery to improve availability and time to market.

Hybrid position in Denver, Phoenix, Orlando, or Westlake with occasional on-site visits; pay range $65-$67/hour on W2.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including experience as an Agile Product Owner or leading scrum teams.
• Strong ability to formulate and evolve a product vision, translate technology into business outcomes, and build roadmaps that deliver measurable results.
• Solid understanding of digital platforms and the underlying technology (current and emerging), with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise updates for management and “tell a story” using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines and track multiple project results; experience in financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of the next generation data delivery platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), helping meet growing demand for client account data.
• Own the product strategy and near-term roadmap for cloud-based data delivery, improving data availability and accelerating time to market for new and evolving data delivery needs.
• Drive execution end-to-end for new data delivery capabilities, partnering with technology, relationship managers, and participant integration teams to deliver value.
• Design and deliver self-service data customizations and ad-hoc reporting capabilities to improve client experience.
• Champion Agile ways of working by supporting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, user story preparation, and product demos.
