Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, software product delivery, or enterprise application development.
• Experience supporting the development and delivery of custom web applications or digital products.
• Experience working directly with Engineering teams to translate customer and business needs into clear product and technical requirements.
• Experience defining application functionality, user journeys, workflows, business rules, system interactions, and integration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog for custom digital applications and platform capabilities.
• Translate customer and business needs into features, user workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with UX, Architecture, and Engineering to refine experiences and determine how functionality should be delivered.
• Work closely with front-end and back-end Engineering teams to clarify requirements.
• Ensure features address intended outcomes rather than just delivering technical components.
• Manage dependencies and priorities across multiple teams.
