Job summary

Pella Corporation in the United States is seeking a Product Owner for the Configuration Experience to lead the end-to-end CPQ UX, shaping configuration, pricing, and quotes across brands. You will align with Product Management, Sales, Customer Experience, Digital, Design, and Technology to deliver intuitive, scalable experiences and a differentiated quoting process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a professional setting.
Working Technical Product Knowledge and Pella go-to-market knowledge - OR - prior strategic market analysis or product management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end CPQ user experience, including configuration and quoting workflows.
Define and prioritize improvements to simplify complex product offerings.
Advocate for the voice of the customer throughout product development.
Develop a clear vision and roadmap for CPQ experience.
Design and optimize configuration journeys and guidance flows.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate complexity into simple UX.
Manage CPQ backlog and define user stories and acceptance criteria.
Support UAT and measure adoption and satisfaction.
