Product Owner, AI Solutions
Join NBCUniversal’s AI Solutions team within Operations & Technology as a Product Owner focused on Generative AI products. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of enterprise products and agents, driving strategic planning, product development, and stakeholder engagement to deliver AI‑powered solutions that meet business objectives.
Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr – $160,000.00/yr
Seniority level: Mid‑Senior. Employment type: Full‑time. Job function: Product Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Program Management, Product, Engineering, Scrum, leadership) to scope, develop, and implement GenAI products.
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed requirements and user stories for engineering work.
- Define and sustain an outcome‑based roadmap grounded in customer insights and business priorities.
- Conduct product testing, demos, and iterative improvements to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance.
- Drive roadmap execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and long‑range plans.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, throughout the GenAI lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver decks, reports, metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
- Stay informed on emerging AI, LLM, machine learning technologies, and vendor offerings.
- Identify reusable enterprise GenAI patterns and opportunities to enhance products, streamline processes, and improve efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of professional experience, preferably in product management or development with a focus on AI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner managing LLM‑based conversational agents.
- Strong product‑management, organizational, detail orientation, and multitasking skills.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, UI/UX principles, and conversational AI technologies.

- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, legal compliance, cybersecurity, and ethical AI best practices.
Additional Requirements
- Hybrid work model: Minimum four days per week required at the office.
