Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a techno-functional Product Owner/Project Manager to coordinate an AI/technology workstream for a high-visibility product launch. You will bridge business and technical teams, manage dependencies, and drive issue resolution with onshore/offshore resources.

The role starts onsite in Chadds Ford 3–5 days/week for 1–3 months, then shifts to a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite. Pharma, AI, and Agile experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant Product Owner, Project Management, Program Management, or similar experience.
• Strong pharmaceutical industry experience, ideally supporting Commercial.
• Experience supporting AI, data, digital, or other technology-driven initiatives.
• Experience working across onshore and offshore delivery models.
• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Python/backend environments, REST APIs, and Veeva integrations.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and experience working with strategic consulting partners.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience, particularly around product backlog and Sprint activities.
• Excellent oral/written communication and technical documentation skills.

We’re looking for a techno-functional Product Owner / Project Manager to help coordinate an AI/technology workstream supporting a high-visibility product launch. This person will work closely with Commercial leadership while coordinating across technical teams, data/AI governance, cybersecurity, strategic consulting partners, and onshore/offshore resources to move the initiative through implementation and into production.

The ideal candidate does not need to be a hands-on developer but should have enough technical exposure to effectively bridge business and technology teams, understand dependencies and roadblocks, and engage the appropriate stakeholders to drive issues to resolution.

To support onboarding and collaboration with the team, this role will initially be onsite in Chadds Ford 3–5 days per week for the first 1–3 months, then transition to a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite per week.
