The position involves ownership of IT projects and close collaboration with teams in Taiwan, China, and the Philippines. Responsibilities

• Defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog to reflect business and customer priorities.
• Writing clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinating IT-related projects and ensuring alignment across multiple business units.
• Collaborating with stakeholders in Walnut, CA, and teams in Taiwan, China, and the Philippines to gather requirements and feedback.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a comparable product management role.
• Professional experience with Jira or comparable agile tools (e.g., Trello, Azure DevOps, Asana).
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools in a professional setting, applying them to product or business workflows.
• Proficiency with Notion and Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field preferred.
