Job summary

Topflight Apps is seeking a results-driven Product Manager and Project Manager to join our fully remote team. You’ll drive product strategy, oversee SDLC, and collaborate with designers, developers, and QA to ensure high-quality releases across healthcare, fintech, and on-demand services.

In this role you’ll prototype with AI tools, analyze user data, conduct testing, and define MVP features while maintaining timelines and KPIs. A global, flexible work environment awaits.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager delivering digital products and managing a team.
  • Experience with writing and understanding code.
  • Unwavering commitment to product integrity, acting as the last line of defence against subpar releases.
  • Obsessive attention to detail and quality assurance, ensuring product excellence even when others may overlook issues.
  • Experience working in all phases of the SDLC for medium to large projects.
  • The ability to "figure it out" when you hit inevitable roadblocks.
  • Desire for team-first approach, radical transparency, thoughtful disagreement, and constructive feedback (both giving and offering).
  • Accountability for deadlines, matched with a proactive discussion of deadline adjustments.
  • Mental fortitude to handle a relatively high-stress environment that comes from tighter deadlines and rapid development cycles.
  • Hands-on experience shipping AI-enabled products in and outside of the healthcare space.
  • Inclination towards usage of AI tools to speed up work-related tasks.
  • Prior experience working with agencies.
  • Experience in health tech is a plus.

Due to our expansions, we’re currently looking for a Product Manager and Project Manager to join our family. As a hybrid product/project manager with us, it is essential to understand that you are a central hub for critical information about our products, the market, our competitors and customers, prospects, and fundamental industry analysts.

Projects You’ll Be Working On:

Important to know:
  • Since we are fully remote and our team is across the globe, you are expected to interact with different teams and need to be flexible with different time zones. All our employees must overlap at a minimum between 7 AM and 11 AM Pacific Standard Time.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are based in the US.
  • All New Joiners with Topflight Apps go through a 1 Month Trial at the start of their employment journey; which requires working part-time. This is to ensure your onboarding goes smoothly and that both parties are aligned on future expectations.

In the U.S., the base pay range for this role is $77,500.00 – $93,600.00 annually. These figures reflect the expected range across all U.S. locations and are based on factors including relevant experience, skills, and performance. Your specific offer will be determined during the hiring process. While we strive to make competitive offers, new hire compensation is negotiable.
