Job description

Top 3 Must Haves:

  1. Good domain understanding in Loyalty and Rewards space is greatly appreciated.
  2. 3+ years of experience in Technical project or product management with background of SRE/DevOps, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, network routing and architecture, high availability engineering etc.
  3. Strong prioritization and organizational skills with ability to translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and operations team, creating and maintaining feature backlog of infrastructure enhancements and production fixes.
  2. Work closely with stakeholders and coordinate with operations teams to restore service while minimizing harm.
  3. Participate in envisioning sessions to understand platform growth, formulating and delivering solutions to ensure platform scalability to meet volume targets.
  4. Communicate system interruptions and maintain relationships with external teams during periods of system outages.
  5. Translate business requirements into units of work to be accomplished by operations and development teams.

Additional Information:
A desire to continuously learn about internal systems and new technologies to be able to understand and suggest enhancement to current and planned system expansion.
Knows agile best practices and executes them to move the product forward in a fast-paced product development environment.
Excellent digital collaboration skills, being able to work across multiple geographic regions and time zones using various internet-based tools.
Skilled collaborator, and influencer with ability to challenge the status quo from within.
Work closely with stakeholders (such as engineering & product community, production support, business stakeholders).
Knowledge of financial services or credit card processing is desirable.
A bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent work experience in a software of financial industry.
